Are you ready to press restart and give a reboot in your nervous system? Then, this program is for you! From March 31 - April 4, you'll have access to a 5-days workout Ballates classes and a 5-days of exercises to help you regulate your nervous system and create a better, more peaceful and fulfilling life.


Ballates classes

In this Serenity Program, all the classes were designed thinking about the the begining of Spring, when our bodies are starting to wake up from those long and cold nights! 


How? You ask! During winter, our bodies and minds tend to lack energy. We sleep more, since we have less sun and we eat cozy foods. But now, the sun is shinning again and our bodies need more stamina, but we have to go slow, and that's why these classes are slower, but not easy - don't be fooled. They work with controlled movements combined with the breath, bringing clarity, focus and centering.


You will tone, lengthen and stretch your body without bulking. 


Self-care

Have you ever wondered why sometimes you start something and doesn't finish? Why you want to work out and don't stick to it? In this 5 days, you'll receive a worksheet to help you identify what you really want and how to take action.


Every worksheet will be followed by an audio where we'll have a little sister's chat on understanding your moment, and how we both can work together to identify how you can have the life you really want - not what others want (be mindful of that)!


Somma and Breathwork

Everyday we'll have a few somatic and/or breathwork to keep you centered, teach you how to start regulating your nervous system and stay present.
